All packages include professional bartending staff, bar tools, and standard service supplies required to operate the bar efficiently. Package inclusions such as the number of bartenders, service hours, signature cocktails, and bar presentation vary depending on the selected tier.

Guest counts listed for each package are recommendations to ensure quality service and reasonable wait times. Events exceeding these limits may require additional bartenders or upgrades to a higher tier.

Alcohol is typically supplied by the client unless otherwise arranged. Crow’s Nest can provide guidance on alcohol quantities, menu planning, and cocktail selection to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service experience.

Setup and teardown time are included within the package unless otherwise specified. Additional service hours, specialty cocktails, glassware rentals, travel outside the standard service area, and premium bar enhancements may be added for an additional fee.

To secure an event date, a signed agreement and deposit are required. Final guest counts, drink selections, and event details must be confirmed prior to the event date to ensure proper preparation and staffing.

Crow’s Nest reserves the right to adjust staffing levels or service recommendations when necessary to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality bar service.
